The Journey of Sowing Love
In 2007, during a trip to take my child from District 7 to District 5 for a medical examination at a clinic recommended by acquaintances, I had to wait for more than an hour, while the actual consultation lasted less than a minute. That moment made me wonder: how can patients quickly find a reputable clinic, with the right specialty, close to home, and at the time they really want to be seen? At that time, I already owned the domain Khambenh.vn, purchased in 2006, and the idea of a website that connects patients with clinics of the right specialty, closest and most convenient, began to form in me. However, I did not yet have the financial capacity to turn that idea into reality. Still, it was the very first seed for a humanistic project that I always cherished.
Warm Caring Hands
During the Covid-19 period, I witnessed healthcare workers throwing themselves day and night into saving lives, while having modest incomes, heavy workloads, and almost no time for their families. Some had to quit their jobs even though they still loved the profession; others left the medical field in tears because they could not make ends meet. A big question arose again: “How can healthcare professionals legitimately increase their income based on their own expertise and dedication?” From there, I knew that the time had come for Khambenh.vn to be implemented. Although the financial resources were not yet strong, fate and belief were sufficient to start the journey of connecting healthcare workers with patients.
Spreading a Compassionate Journey
On 11/11/2021, the founders from the Intelligence Alliance, coming from two service fields – accounting services (dichvuketoan.vn) and legal consulting (tuvanluat.vn) – officially signed the documents to establish KB Connection Co., Ltd., the company operating the Khambenh.vn e-commerce marketplace. In the first year, the KB Connection Marketplace was built with a spirit of serving the community, helping people easily find doctors, nurses, clinics, or the nearest medical services. By November 2022, the project expanded with 12 new categories, transforming Khambenh.vn into a comprehensive medical e-commerce platform, providing useful search information, connecting patients with healthcare workers, as well as medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and more – all serving community health in a practical way.
